We must update our zoning and permitting processes to support middle housing and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), especially near transit and schools. With my real estate and planning background, I will work toward affordable, walkable, and diverse housing options that meet the needs of both young families and seniors.

We need to invest in supportive housing models, improve coordination with regional partners, and increase access to mental health and job support services. Bothell should explore public–private partnerships to provide transitional housing with wraparound services.

Public safety must serve all communities with fairness and accountability. I support data-driven policing, community-centered safety programs, and continued partnerships with mental health professionals to de-escalate crises without unnecessary force.

We should do more community & wellness initiatives, embed crisis response teams more deeply into emergency services and expand funding for behavioral health outreach, especially for youth and seniors. Our city can also partner with local nonprofits and school districts to fill service gaps

Bothell should continue to plan for transit-oriented development and invest in safe pedestrian and bike access to key areas. We must also push for expanded bus routes and encourage local grocery and healthcare options in underserved areas.

I support transparent, purposeful budgeting and smart public investment that delivers real value. We must also prioritize equity in spending so that communities most in need benefit from city services without carrying a disproportionate tax burden.

I strongly support community-driven policymaking. We need to create more accessible town halls, multilingual outreach, and youth advisory groups. I’m also working to amplify voices from immigrant and underrepresented communities in decision-making.

We must ensure green spaces and clean air/water access are equitably distributed. I’m committed to ensuring the 90-acre former Wayne Golf Course land becomes a space for all Bothell residents, with a focus on sustainability, recreation, and habitat restoration.
